J’ai décidé de faire la 7e année, tout d’abord pour avoir mon CESS et ma gestion. C’est aussi une année qui permettra d'améliorer mon expérience professionnelle dans le milieu de l’HoReCa. Même si je ne pense pas poursuivre une orientation hôtelière, la 7e reste une occasion d’apprendre de nouvelles choses.

I chose to do my 7th grade to get my degree in management. Since I arrived at Notre-Dame in the hospitality department, I have only one desire: to open my own business one day. 7th grade is also an additional year to deepen my knowledge and discover new things every day.
I chose this option because I've been passionate about cooking since I was a child. One of my goals is to please my customers who come to eat and see them satisfied when they leave. My goal is to open my own restaurant in a few years.
I am currently in my 7th year of a hotel management program, as I would like to work in the food industry in the future, particularly in fishmongering. This training provides me with a solid foundation in organization, discipline, and customer service.
Thanks to my grandmother, I chose to go into hospitality. We cooked at her house every weekend. Also, when I went to restaurants with my family, I admired the waiters. So, I joined Notre-Dame and enjoyed working in the kitchen and the dining room. I then enrolled in 7th grade to get my management degree and open a restaurant, which has been a dream of mine for a few years.
